This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

How to confirm your reservation:
If you book more than 6 weeks in advance, a down payment of €200 is required.
If you book less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel 6 weeks in advance, 100% of your payment will be refunded, except for the €200 down payment.
If you cancel less than 6 weeks in advance, no refund will be issued.

Winter conditions:
All reservations of 28 nights or more include a maximum electricity allowance of 75 euros each 28 nights.
